Isn't it nice?
Ya don't feel like yer in a Greyhound bus .
That being said first class NY-Miami on Delta is a sad joke and not worth the bucks or points.

Yea for you! It is wonderful, isn't it? My family was lucky to be upgraded two years ago when we flew to Europe for Xmas. We had not asked for the upgrade. The airline attendant told us as we boarded the plane. "You have been upgraded to first class, Merry Christmas!" It was probably because DH has soooo many flier miles. I don't mind sitting in coach when flying state-side, but those overseas flights are so long, that flying first-class made it so much more comfortable. I slept the entire trip. I wish I could fly like that all the time.

First class is nice. I don't like any plane trips, but I will say 1st class, made the trip less scary Only had it once because we were given an upgrade due to our flight being cancelled and having to come back the next morning for a new flight.

NIIIIICE!

I've flown 1st class from ATL-LAX twice now, once from LAX-ATL, and once from ATL to YYZ (Toronto). I agree... I could definitely get used to it!! =)

lucky you WC - We just flew Alaska to LA and back and it was very uncomfortable in the "steerage" section. We were crammed in like sardines....thank goodness it was only a 2 1/2 hour flight.

Love first calss. I sued to fly it most the time, since I fly so much. These days, the airlines have tightened up the upgrade rules and I'm not flying as much as I was, so I fly mostly coach, at least when flying domestic.
