Default Where is Sarah's fee going? POLL

She says it is going to "the cause" to help also, too. What do you think? Please vote.

It's going to her cause de jour imo. Through Sarahpac.

Well it's a toss up between bump its and Sarahpac - hmmm...think I'll have to go with sarahpac as her legal bills are mounting faster than the snow fall in the east.

Palin's fee was $100,000. There were 600 attendees that paid approximately $500 each to get in. That's only + or - $300,000 total. She got 1/3 of the fees. What about the other speakers?

Regarding the 600 attendance number. We have approx 3 1/2 million people in this country. Interesting how the news media focuses on only 600 of the 3 1/2 million and runs a speech given to that 600 live.

ETA correction. I just read on the other thread you had to pay $350 to see her speak and 1,100 watched her. Still, why such coverage?

Good point PS and one my dh and I have been discussing alot. Seems like we were lead to believe that hundred of thousands people marched and protested in the various Tea parties across the country and yet the convention was attented by only 600? Things that make you go hmmmm....

They made enough to pay her fee and that is all that matters! Who cares if the other people gat paid or the venue expenses were paid for.

If none of the media published anything about Sarah for a month, would anyone notice she was not in the news? Would she implode?

First, not all those people paid. As of a few days ago, word was they only had 600 paid listeners. I would imagine old Rupert or another Deep Pockets came up with the rest.

Don't think the other speakers took a fee. Just transportation and lodging.

Not sure, did she ever return the clothes? I bet it goes to her favorite charity, her personal account.
