Gives me pause. Under certain circumstances it's a nice room, like if this is a tiny apartment in a large house. But if it's a master bedroom, NMS.

Totally! Great picture that captures quintessential British design. This is an older room in a house that is filled with memories.

I love historic homes that have been in one family for a long time. I like the collected over time feel to the furnishings, and that things aren't perfect. And I like the sense of permanence.
