I'm not losing anything. This is getting beyond frustrating. The good thing is that I'm not losing, but I really think I'm needing a 4th adjustment.

Well I go tomorrow for my yearly check up...Last time I went in about 2 mos ago for a follow up on my lexapro I had gained weight and I know I've gained even more. So I'll post tomorrow with the big weigh in....

I've been thinking about joining Weight Watchers again...I just have ZEZO motivation when it comes to losing weight....

Look--I'm such a zero I couldn't even spell it right!!!

Thanks Wallis! I'll Pm SJR and ask her to sticky!

I lost 1lb!!! I honestly think I have lost more but since I'm breastfeeding they are always full. But I have noticed my tummy is smaller this week! I only wish my legs were. I tried on a few skirts at old navy this weekend......let me tell you it was not pretty!

anyone going to try anything different this week? I am going to try the new cardio DVD I bought at ross the other day. not sure if it's good but it was $3 so I thought it would be worth a shot. also, if anyone has any recommendations for losing leg fat please let me know!

I was on lexapro, made me gain weight....so don't blame yourself for that! and you are not a zero, you need to motivate yourself...but that's what we are here for so if you feel down let us know, we will be here to help!

I'm VERY discouraged. I had been down a total of 3 pounds mid-week last week. I was thrilled! Then we went to Florida on Friday to "meet the parents" (that went VERY well) of David's girlfriend. Anyhow - stepped on the scale this morning...had gained the 3 pounds back that took me WEEKS to get rid of!

I've been consistent with exercise 5-6 days a week for several months now. This is REALLY frustrating! I can't "not eat"! I know I do have to watch my snacking...but 3 lbs in 3 days? I didn't eat THAT much!

My weigh-in day is Thursday and I didn't even bother to weigh-in last Thursday. Yep, it was THAT bad.

The good news is that I'm back on track, so I expect to post a loss next week.

Congrats to all of you. As for myself, I skipped WW on Monday because I think I gained a lb or two. I've gone to weddings the last 2 Saturdays, czech-style weddings where there is a lot of food. I still haven't learned to control my eating habits. I did well all week long and was losing weight til the wedding Sat. I just could not skip the barbeque, buttered potatoes and wedding cake! Once I overate, I just kept eating. Very disappointed in myself. But this is a new week, so I'll start anew too. Good luck everyone.

Stayed the same. I guess I should be happy but had hoped to lose at least another pound.

Okay - I just got done making 12 dozen cookies...and I only ate 2! One "Boggle", and one "Ghiradelli Chocolate Chip" Still have the cinnamon crisps to go. Think I'll only do a half recipe (which makes 4 dozen). I shouldn't be expected to do much else this weekend. We're also bringing our traditional snack mix of Ritz Bits (self made), Pretzels, Honey Roasted Peanuts, and Goldfish! Nice combination. We bring enough for 2 batches.

Down a total of 33. I had been here, but slipped back up the scale for a short while. Back on track!

WTG Marbs!

Ya done good, Gail. Only two cookies, that's willpower!

Well, I seem to be going the wrong direction! I gained almost a pound. Carl and I have started waking again. Hopefully, that will help some. All this eating out is doing me in! And I'm doing it again tomorrow! LOL If I hit 150 I'll get into panic mode. 150 and below, I don't have to pay at WW! :yikes"

I'm having problems keeping my work pants on at work! I look like a teen thug! LOL! Gotta go through the wardrobe and see if I have any pants in the next size down. Probably not, 'cause I don't tend to wear pants!

Down 34 as of this morn!

Normally, I have been a jeans, shorts and skirts girl. Working in installation and repair, I NEED pants, black or khaki. I no longer have PANTS to fit. I found a smaller pair of jeans this morning, a casual job today. Fix a vending machine.
