These pork chops were really good and nicely spiced! Enjoy! hugs, peg Pork Chops with Texas Sauce and Rice Good spicy dish! Ingredients: * 8 pork chops * 1/2 cup onion * 2 Tbsp. brown sugar * 1 Tbsp. paprika * 1 tsp. salt * 1 tsp. dry mustard * 1/4 tsp. chili powder * 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce * 1/4 cup vinegar * 1 cup tomato juice * 1/4 cup ketchup * 1/2 cup water * dash red pepper * 1 cup rice * 2 cups water * 1 tsp. salt Directions: Brown pork chops. Mix all but last 3 ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over browned chops and simmer for 30 minutes. Bring rice, water and salt to a boil. Leave on low heat for 20 minutes.
