thanks for the reply. I ended up calling the credit screening people we use here at work and they are going to email me what I need to run a back ground check.
I did not want to answer online. But where I live I can go to the OSCN.net site and get gobs of information on all kinds of things. You might check the Supreme Court Network in your state and see if this information is available. I am also a member of Webslueths and you can find a lot of places on there to get information on people without having to pay for it. Good luck. Sandy (Eggs)
